Job Description DEWA is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to maintain, install, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with engineering teams. Candidates must have technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments to support DEWA’s operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems accurately and efficiently. • Inspect HVAC systems regularly to ensure proper functionality and performance. • Diagnose system malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions promptly. • Perform routine maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and prevent failures. • Replace worn or damaged parts with proper manufacturer-approved components. • Test system performance to confirm compliance with safety standards. • Read blueprints and technical manuals for accurate installation procedures. • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineers for project completion. • Maintain records of services, repairs, and system maintenance schedules. • Provide guidance on energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions. Skill & Experience • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and electrical components. • Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical system malfunctions efficiently. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and contractors. • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle installation and repair tasks. • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in HVAC industry.
