ob Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Rent-a-Car Sales Executive to promote vehicle rental services, manage client inquiries, close bookings, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, good communication abilities, and experience in the car rental or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle walk-in, phone, email, and online rental inquiries professionally
• Promote daily, weekly, and monthly car rental packages
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
• Prepare rental agreements, invoices, and related documentation
• Explain rental terms, insurance options, and vehicle features to customers
• Coordinate with operations team for vehicle availability and delivery
• Upsell additional services such as insurance, GPS, child seats, etc.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records in the system
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and UAE traffic regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
• Previous experience in car rental, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of vehicles and rental procedures
• Computer literate (CRM, MS Office, booking systems)
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
