Sr. IT System Admin

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and endpointsAdminister Active Directory, Group Policies, user accounts, and access controlsOversee system monitoring, patching, updates, and performance tuningLead IT projects end-to-end (planning, implementation, testing, rollout, documentation)Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, network, and security issuesImplement and enforce security best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, least privilege)Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent) 7-10 years of experience in IT systems administration or infrastructure rolesStrong experience with Windows Server and/or Linux environmentsSolid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)Hands-on experience with Active Directory and identity managementExperience with virtualization and backup solutionsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365 preferred)Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
