Stainer / Wood Finishing Specialist Job Location: UAE Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Joinery Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Stainer with strong expertise in wood staining, polishing, and finishing works for high-quality interior fit-out projects. The candidate should be able to deliver premium finishes and guide junior staff when required. Key Roles & Responsibilities Perform wood staining, polishing, varnishing, and finishing works as per approved samples and drawings. Match stain colors accurately according to client, consultant, or mock-up approvals. Handle materials such as MDF, veneer, solid wood, plywood, and laminate. Prepare surfaces by sanding, sealing, filling, and cleaning before finishing. Ensure finishing quality meets company standards and project specifications. Coordinate with supervisors, QC team, and site engineers for inspections and approvals. Maintain tools, spray guns, and finishing equipment in good condition. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working area. Support timely completion of work as per project schedules. Job Type: Full-time
