Job Description

Job Title: Tender & Estimation Coordinator Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage the full tendering and estimation process for signage, advertising, and related construction projects. • Prepare and compile tender documents, including BOQs, cost estimates, pricing schedules, and technical submissions in line with client and consultant requirements. • Review tender drawings, specifications, and RFQs to identify scope, quantities, risks, and commercial requirements. • Solicit, analyze, and compare quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and fabricators, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. • Maintain and update cost databases, supplier price lists, and historical project data to support accurate estimating. • Coordinate with engineering, design, production, and project teams to ensure complete and compliant tender submissions. • Prepare tender clarifications, value engineering proposals, and commercial clarifications as required. • Track tender deadlines, submissions, revisions, and outcomes, maintaining proper records and documentation. • Assist in post-tender negotiations, contract award documentation, and handover to the project execution team. • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company procedures throughout the tendering process. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tendering and estimation within the construction, signage, fit-out, façade, or manufacturing sectors (UAE experience preferred). • Strong understanding of BOQs, cost estimation, tender procedures, and contractual terms. • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite; experience with estimating software is an advantage. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and scope documents. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines.
